Sony CXA1019 FM Receiver Radio Single Chip Circuit Diagram
The circuit on a high-quality FM receiver IC CXA1019 base is shown here. CXA1019 is a monolithic silicon bipolar radio FM / AM Receiver IC for Sony. Built in circuitry within the CXA1019 include RF amplifier, mixer, oscillator, IF amplifier, quadrature detector circuit, LED mood of the volume control is electronically conductive, etc. FM-detector part of the IC only used in this circuit. The IC can be anything that can be supplied between 3 to 7V DC and can drive a speaker to 8 ohms.

The IF output at pin 15 is grounded through the resistor R1. C1 is the decoupling capacitor for AC R1. Capacitor C16 is designed to meet the ripple filter. D1 is an LED tuning display.
The chip output of high-level detector (pin24) is coupled to the input (pin 25) of the construction of the soil AF capacitor C19, R2 and a capacitor C18 POT. The POT R2 can be used as a volume control, because it controls the entrance to the stage of audio amplifiers. Capacitor C15 couples the audio output to the speakers and C14 is a bypass capacitor noise. C5 is simply a filter feeder, while C20 couples the FM antenna to the RF input (PIN13) of the IC.
The FM IF output available at pin 15 is using the 10MHz ceramic filter and the input intermediate frequency FM Pin18. The capacitor C2 is used to bypass the sound of the audio power amplifier within the integrated circuit. The output of the amplifier is approximately 500mW. The capacitor C1 and the transformer T1 are circuits within the IC FM-discriminator connected. The resistor R3, capacitor Comments section is CAG.
